Policy Statement

This policy, which can apply to all care services, sets out the values, principles and procedures underpinning {{org_field_name}}’s approach to the personalisation of social care.

{{org_field_name}} aims to provide a service which is person-centred, enables each person to make choices about the care and support they receive, and accords with all elements of the personalisation of social care.

On this issue, {{org_field_name}} adheres fully to the current policies on the personalisation of care services as described in the National Health and Social Care Standards, My Support, My Life, particularly under:

This service provider aims to put the people receiving its care at the centre of provision in the following ways.

Training

All relevant staff are given training in the personalisation of services in order to implement the values and principles of My Support, My Life.
