e-Care HUB Refund Policy

Introduction

At e-Care HUB, we strive to offer high-quality document storage and management solutions for healthcare organisations. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and offer a clear refund policy to ensure our clients feel confident and secure in their decision to choose our services.

With this policy we are trying to find a balance between customer satisfaction and protecting our product. In the past some of the customers tried to obtain our policies fraudulently by downloading them during the first days of their subscription then request a full refund. This is unethical and we will not refund such attempts.

1 Year Subscription Refund Eligibility

  1. Trial Period: We offer a 3-day trial period following the purchase of our service. During this time, clients are encouraged to explore the content of the policies and test the features that e-Care HUB offers.
  2. Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with our service within this 3-day period, you are eligible for a full refund. We believe this period is sufficient for our clients to assess the suitability and performance of our services. The content of the policies can be checked without downloading them, they can be checked on the platform. If the policies have been downloaded, an 80% of the Yearly fee will be refunded.
  3. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@e-carehub.co.uk with your purchase details. We will process your request and guide you through the necessary steps.

 

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  1. Beyond Trial Period: No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 3-day trial period.
  2. Misuse or Unauthorised Use: Refunds will not be issued in cases of misuse or unauthorised use of our services.
  3. Non-Usage: Lack of or non-usage of the purchased service during the trial period does not automatically warrant a refund.

Processing Refunds

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  2. Timeframe: Once a refund request is approved, it will typically be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  3. Notification: You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

 

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, if you believe that a refund is justified outside the outlined terms, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case on an individual basis. An example of an exemption would be if our system wasn’t working properly during the trial period and you did not had sufficient time to trial the products because of that.

Monthly Subscription Refund Eligibility

  1. Trial Period: There is no trial period for Monthly Subscriptions. In the case of Monthly Subscriptions our customers can cancel their order after a period of 3 months (3 payments). Whilst other policy provider lock customers in 3-5-7 years contracts, we offer a more flexible approach. We don’t lock our customers in long term contracts but because a lot of customers downloaded the policies and during the first month they requested a refund, we had to take protective measures for our products. This is why we introduced the minim of 3 payments before a customer can cancel their subscription. This way the customers keep the downloaded policies and we are paid a small amount for the product. 
  2. Full Refund: No full refund in this case. Customers can cancel their subscription after 3 months.

An example of an exemption would be if our system wasn’t working properly (more than 2 weeks a month) during the 3 months period.
