Policy Statement
{{org_field_name}} has a legal obligation to consult with employees in certain situations, for example when collective redundancies are proposed. Employees are encouraged to complete surveys, which are anonymous and evaluated by an external organisation. {{org_field_name}} views employee surveys as a valuable opportunity to obtain direct feedback from its employees.
- {{org_field_name}} will continuously review this policy to ensure that it meets its consultation needs. As part of the review process, feedback from employees will be invited.
