Policy Statement

{{org_field_name}} has a legal obligation to consult with employees in certain situations, for example when collective redundancies are proposed. 2. Employees will be consulted at team or departmental meetings with regard to general issues that are of interest to or affect a team or department. Line managers are responsible for disseminating such local information and for providing opportunities for employees to express their opinions on proposed developments.
  3. Issues that affect employees across {{org_field_name}} will be discussed via {{org_field_name}}’s Joint Consultative Committee. Further information on the Joint Consultative Committee is available from the Committee’s employee representatives, the trade union or the HR department. (amend as required)

  5. From time to time {{org_field_name}} may choose to consult employees via an employee survey. Employees are encouraged to complete surveys, which are anonymous and evaluated by an external organisation. {{org_field_name}} views employee surveys as a valuable opportunity to obtain direct feedback from its employees.
  6. {{org_field_name}} will continuously review this policy to ensure that it meets its consultation needs. As part of the review process, feedback from employees will be invited.
