Policy Statement

{{org_field_name}} has a legal obligation to consult with employees in certain situations, for example when collective redundancies are proposed. 6. {{org_field_name}} will continuously review this policy to ensure that it meets its consultation needs. As part of the review process, feedback from employees will be invited.
